Our products are brand new; however, they may occasionally have minor transportation or storage-related damage.

- Electric Devices: Items are in good working condition, but the exterior packaging may be deformed or dirty.

- Pots & Pans: Products are of high quality, but the exterior packaging may be deformed if applicable.
- Beauty Care: The inner products are in perfect condition and within the expiry date.
