Our products are brand new; however, they may occasionally have minor transportation or storage-related damage.

- Electric Devices: Items are in good working condition, but the exterior packaging may be deformed or dirty.

- Pots & Pans: Products are of high quality, but the exterior packaging may be deformed if applicable.

Collect your order at 9th Floor, Lapen Asset Building, 99 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai, Bến Thành Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - available for pickup every Tuesday and Thursday.

3. Test Products: It's recommended to test the products within the first 15 days to identify any quality concerns.
